In the year 1614, on
Saturday after Ash Wednesday, from the deceased Jíři Skoumal
received the yard his son Mikuláš for 600 guldens, paid 100
guldens. He have to pay from 1615
[yearly]
10 guldens to the
[full] payment
[of the yard].
1640, land
register of Lesnice - Purchase of Mikuláš Jankü
In the year 1640 after the
deceased Mikuláš Skaumal received Mikuláš Jankü, which
in-married with Mandalene, widow of the deceased, the yard as
Mandalene’s deceased Mikuláš bequeathed. He paid 900 guldens for
this.
From this sum
Mikuláš Jankü paid 300 guldens, by the next
[day of]
Vencel have to pay 20 guldens and so much in each year up to
paying. From this pre-payment should be paid at first the debts
of the deceased Mikuláš Skoumal, remains are distributed the
sons of the deceased Mikuláš Skoumal. He have to pay yearly 10
guldens at St. George, begins in 1640, up to paying the
over-written sum.
Admitted to the yard 3 horses, 1 cart, 1 plow, 1 hook, 3
harrows.
Mikuláš Jankü’s obligation to grow up of the the sons of the
deceased Skoumal, Martin: Jan, Jíři and Jakub, like Mikuláš to
the age of discretion and the daughter Kateřina get off, if it
is possible, with a big/merry wedding.
For Kateřina spends 4 pieces of feather-beds, 2 pillows and 1
flax cloth. In the yard are 3 calves, they have to draw up and
in the future for Katerine 2 cows and 1 calf hand over
[as marriage portion].

Martin, son of the deceased Mikuláš Skoumal married to Zuzana,
daughter of the deceased Martin Brachtel from Sudkov.

Jíři Skoumal
Jíři, son of the deceased Martin Skoumal from Sudkov married to
Barbora, widow of deceased Jan Urbašek from Brníčko.

Jan Skoumal bought the house No. 26 from his father Jíři
Skoumal.

Jan Skoumal junior bought the yard of house number 26 from his
father Jan Skoumal.
1807
Josef Skoumal bought the yard from his father Jan Skoumal.
